Weekly Review

Hey everyone! Hope you all had a great week!

This week was another great one here. I posted about this seperately, but last Sunday, Rosemary started sitting! She's done it several times since with the help of her arms, so she'll be a pro in no time!

We also moved on from sweet potatoes to squash in the food department. Rosemary loves this as well!

Earlier this week I had a night time scare, but I'm proud to say it hasn't totally ruined nights for us! The next night was the most difficult, but other than that I haven't been completely over anxious about her sleeping and rolling. That first night I checked frequently and I was scared every time I opened her door. I'm so grateful for the comments and support I recieved on here. It's so nerve racking, but I know she'll be ok. I just have to let her do her thing and be as careful as I can with things in her crib. Other than that, it's in God's hands.

We got new kitchen appliances! A few weeks ago our dishwasher broke and we just had to get a new one. We actually decided to get all new ones as ours were really old and when we move next year, we'd like to have new and matching one. We got them this week and boy have I missed having a dishwasher! I know, totally spoiled over here. Washing them by hands was such a pain!

Saturday was crazy busy. I had a shower an hour and some north of me at 1:00pm. I had a wedding reception at night as well. That wouldn't have been so bad except we had to drive 45 minutes to the babysitters (my parents) and then another 35 minutes to the wedding. Add the drive back to my parents and then back home and I spent like 5 hours in the car yesterday! It was a lot of fun, but I'm glad I don't have to do that much driving very often.

I think that's about it for our week. Busy and fun. :)

  1. My girls just started sitting up these last few weeks, too! Wow isn't it exciting?! But with sitting up comes more mobility, and that has been hard for me. And then crawling...and walking...oh! I'm not looking forward to both of them doing that! Has Rosemary tried any green beans yet? My girls will eat anything BUT green beans :)

  2. I am so not looking forward to being mobile! I mean I am as it will be fun, but now I can get things done when she's playing on the floor. Not so much after that!
